International Shipping Policy

- We offer international shipping on selected products on the website and all order shall be pre-paid. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or refunds or replacements on any orders. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our no-refund and no-replacement policy.
- We currently ship to select international destinations. A list of eligible countries can be found on the home page. If your country is not listed, please contact our customer service team to see if accommodations can be made.
- Shipping fees are determined based on the destination, size, and weight of your order. All applicable fees, including but not limited to insurance, shipping costs, duty or any other appliable fees, shall be calculated once order is placed on the website for any product.
- Due to the high value of our products, additional handling fees may apply.
- International delivery times vary by destination. Orders are typically processed within 15 (fifteen) business days of receiving the total product payment from the customer or within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date when the product is ready to be shipped, whichever is later. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays shall be processed the next business day. Please note that delivery delays may occur due to customs clearance, remote locations, or unforeseen events beyond the control of our team.
- Any additional duty imposition to be paid at the time of arrival in your destination country shall be borne by the customer/purchaser. If the order is returned to us due to unpaid customs or import fees, we shall be unable to offer refunds or re-ship the items.
- Each item is meticulously inspected and securely packaged to ensure its safety during international transit. We use high-quality, durable materials for packaging, especially for fragile or oversized items, and handle all products with the utmost care to preserve their condition. Due to the value of our products, some items may include additional protective measures, which could impact shipping costs.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged items during transit. However, each shipment includes insurance, and in the rare event of loss or damage, we will help facilitate a claim with the shipping carrier.

- Cancellation window for any product shall only be open for 24 (twenty four) hours from the time the order has been placed on the website.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to claim the package, or refusal to pay customs fees, we are unable to offer a refund. Additional fees may apply for any attempts to re-ship the order.
